Talent Acquisition and Sourcing:

The Recruitment Officer will be the primary architect of our healthcare talent acquisition strategy. This involves a multifaceted approach to identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier medical and healthcare professionals across various specialties and roles.

Detailed Recruitment Activities:

Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored specifically to healthcare sectors

Source candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, healthcare job boards, and targeted outreach

Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including initial interviews and skill assessments

Evaluate candidates' professional credentials, certifications, and clinical expertise

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final hiring

Candidate Management and Engagement:

Maintain transparent and professional communication with potential candidates

Provide detailed information about job opportunities and organizational culture

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Build and maintain a robust database of healthcare talent

Collaborative Recruitment Approach:

Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand specific departmental needs

Qualifications and Requirements:

Professional Credentials:

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE

Minimum of 2-3 years of specialized recruitment experience in medical and healthcare sectors

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Understanding of UAE healthcare employment regulations

Technical and Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
