Duties & Responsibilities:

Allied Contracting Catering Co. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for overseas candidates, managing visa processes, handling communication with rental companies, and providing support in various recruitment and system-related tasks.

Manage the recruitment process for overseas candidates from start to finish.

Finalize visa processes for recruited candidates.

Communicate with rental companies for accommodation and transportation arrangements.

Provide support in recruitment activities as needed, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Handle and support in system requirements and issues related to recruitment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

5 - 7 years of experience in human resources departments, with a focus on recruitment.

Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in managing overseas recruitment and visa processes is preferred.
