Job Overview: As a Recruitment Officer at Map Vision General Contracting, you will play a key role in managing the hiring process for our fast-growing construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, knowledge of construction industry hiring needs, and the ability to engage with candidates across diverse roles. Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu will be an added advantage to better communicate with a large segment of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities: You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Special focus will be on hiring for construction roles such as engineers, supervisors, technicians, and labor staff. Working closely with project managers and HR leadership, you will ensure the right talent is recruited to meet project deadlines and organizational standards.

Construction Hiring Expertise: Since this role specifically caters to the construction sector, you will be expected to understand job descriptions for various site-based and office roles. From skilled labor to technical staff, you will maintain a strong candidate pipeline to quickly respond to urgent manpower needs. Experience with large-scale hiring and workforce deployment will be highly valued.

Candidate Management: You will manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience. This includes conducting interviews, negotiating offers, coordinating visa processes, and managing pre-employment documentation. Your ability to build trust with candidates ensures higher retention rates and a stronger employer brand for Map Vision.

Compliance & Documentation: Recruitment in the UAE requires strict adherence to labor laws, visa regulations, and company HR policies. You will manage the documentation process for new hires, maintain accurate recruitment records, and support audits when required. Ensuring compliance while meeting recruitment timelines will be central to your success in this role.
