About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of combined agency and corporate recruitment experience, with specific expertise in Real Estate and Facilities Management sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and shape our talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on attracting top talent in Real Estate and Facilities Management
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop targeted recruitment approaches
Maintain detailed candidate records and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Develop and nurture talent pipelines through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings
Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process
Ensure exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and timely feedback
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
Monitor industry trends and implement recruitment best practices
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes in collaboration with the HR team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of combined experience in agency and corporate recruitment
Demonstrated success in Real Estate and/or Facilities Management recruitment
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools
Strong understanding of UAE employment laws and regulations
