About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team, specializing in blue-collar recruitment for the construction and infrastructure sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk hiring and international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar workers, focusing on construction and infrastructure positions

Source, screen, and recruit candidates both locally in the UAE and internationally

Manage bulk recruitment drives and campaigns

Handle employee onboarding processes and documentation

Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and partners

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems

Prepare recruitment reports and analytics

Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruiter specifically in UAE construction/infrastructure companies

Proven experience in blue-collar bulk recruitment both in the UAE and overseas

Experience with employee onboarding processes

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/HRIS
