Role Overview:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.

Collaboration & Job Description:

Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

Reporting & Improvement:

Prepare regular reports and metrics to track recruitment activities.

Analyze results and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Industry Trends & Compliance:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Certifications: Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous.

Salary:

AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
