Job Description

Position Overview: The Recruitment Manager role at Michael Page Dubai is a strategic opportunity for a skilled HR professional with deep experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. This position is designed for someone who can lead hiring initiatives, partner with department heads, and drive workforce planning to meet organizational goals. You will be working closely with senior management to ensure the company attracts and retains the best talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. You’ll manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining recruitment metrics and dashboards to measure hiring success and improve processes continuously.

Strategic Talent Acquisition: The Recruitment Manager will design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in employer branding, building talent pipelines for future needs, and ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to UAE labor regulations and company standards. Collaboration with department heads will be key to identifying skill gaps and future hiring needs.

Leadership and Team Development: As part of this position, you will guide and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and accountability. You will also facilitate recruitment training sessions for hiring managers, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, and maintain consistent communication with leadership on workforce planning and staffing priorities.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You’ll partner with internal HR functions such as compensation, learning and development, and HR operations to ensure a cohesive employee experience. Externally, you will manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions to strengthen sourcing channels and employer visibility in the UAE job market.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement: The ideal candidate will implement measurable KPIs for recruitment success, focusing on time-to-hire, quality of hire, and retention rates. Regular analysis of hiring data will be required to propose enhancements in recruitment strategies and ensure a balance between speed and quality in the hiring process.
