Job Description:

Masafi Co. LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our team in Dubai. This role will involve leading the recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various departments. The successful candidate will have a strategic approach to recruitment and will work closely with department managers to ensure we meet our hiring needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring Needs and Job Specifications:

Identify future hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.

Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Candidate Attraction and Sourcing:

Attract suitable candidates using various methods including databases, online employment forums, social media, and networking.

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to find the best candidates for open positions.

Interviewing and Selection:

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to fill open positions.

Sort through applications, conduct various types of interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for the roles.

Compliance and Legislation:

Keep up to date with current employment legislation and regulations.

Enforce compliance with these regulations within the company to ensure fair and legal hiring practices.

Recruitment Process Management:

Manage and optimize recruitment processes and databases to streamline hiring procedures.

Design and implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Proven experience with recruitment processes and databases, ideally with a background in developing and implementing recruiting strategies.

Interviewing Skills:

Ability to conduct various types of interviews, including behavioral, technical, and panel interviews.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and department managers effectively.

Strategic Approach:

Strong capability to design and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and needs.
