Job Overview:
The Recruitment & HR Coordinator will act as an onsite coordinator, serving as an extension of the customer’s HR and administration function. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of VHR workers from their domicile location to the customer’s work location. The coordinator will also be responsible for strengthening the relationship between VHR and the customer by effectively managing the workers and supporting the customer’s internal processes and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Worker Management:
Assist with contingent workers' travel arrangements, visa processing, and resident permit renewals.
Coordinate the arrival of new starters, providing a welcome brief and supporting their integration into the new environment.
Monitor the performance of services provided by contingent workers and address any issues at a local level.
Customer Relationship:
Act as the internal customer to VHR Account teams in the UK and UAE, ensuring smooth delivery of the program.
Manage customer relationships in terms of current open requirements and provide ongoing support as needed.
Facilitate the recruitment process, including organizing recruitment trips, interviews, and liaising with recruitment partners.
Administrative Support:
Use and manage VHR’s internal CRM system to maintain accurate records.
Process timesheets, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted to the VHR Accounts team.
Maintain local procedures and ensure documentation is filed professionally and exhaustively.
Requirements:
Experience:
Experience working in a similar role within recruitment or HR, preferably within the aviation sector.
Ability to work with local authorities and within guidelines.
Skills:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-managed with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong IT, organizational, and administration skills, with experience in Microsoft packages.
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Other:
Written and spoken fluency in English is imperative.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work in Riyadh.
