Role Overview:

The Recruitment & HR Coordinator will act as an extension of the customer’s HR and administration function, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of VHR workers from their domicile location to the customer’s work location. This role is pivotal in maintaining and strengthening the VHR/Customer relationship through efficient management of contingent workers and assisting with the customer’s internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Worker Coordination:

Assist with contingent workers' travel arrangements, visa, residents permit, and ID processing/renewal.

Coordinate the arrival of new starters to their accommodation and the customer facility, providing welcome briefings and ensuring they are settled.

Monitor the performance of services provided by contingent workers, addressing any issues or queries at a local level.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage recruitment processes, including recruitment trips, interviews, and liaising with recruitment partners.

Use and manage VHR’s internal CRM system to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment activities.

Support onboarding, ensuring all required forms and passes are obtained and assisting with the integration of workers into the new country and team.

Customer & Worker Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for VHR workers and customers, providing first-hand support for both work-related and personal issues.

Ensure the filing of local documentation is controlled and organized, maintaining local procedures in the VHR procedures manual.

Administrative Duties:

Process timesheets, ensuring receipt and accuracy of all timesheets and relaying them to the VHR Accounts team.

Provide general administrative support to the customer as needed.

Requirements:

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders.

Assertiveness: Ability to ask questions and be assertive when necessary.

Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience: Experience in a similar role, preferably with some aviation knowledge (though not essential).

Language: Written and spoken fluency in English is imperative.

IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages and strong IT, organizational, and administration skills.

Numeracy: Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

Location: Must be available to work in Riyadh.
