About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR Administrative professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment within the offshore and marine sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Handle HR administrative duties including employee documentation, personnel files, and HR database management

Process payroll documentation and maintain attendance records

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment needs

Support visa processing and PRO-related activities

Assist in employee relations and engagement initiatives

Maintain HR policies and procedures documentation

Generate HR reports and analytics as required

Support performance management processes

Coordinate training and development activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment

Previous experience in offshore and marine sector preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Arabic language skills preferred
