Job Description

Job Overview: Louzan Fashion, a well-established name in the retail and hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Recruitment Activities: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. This includes coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding. Communicate clearly with applicants and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle and provide timely updates on recruitment status.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity, candidate feedback, and offer details. Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, time-to-hire, and sourcing effectiveness for the HR manager.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends in recruitment and competitor hiring practices. Share recommendations for improving talent acquisition strategies, especially for niche or hard-to-fill roles.

Communication & Languages: Excellent English communication is essential for this role, while Arabic language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage. The ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams is key.
