Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, developing talent acquisition strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, and referral programs
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessment
Create and maintain detailed candidate databases and recruitment metrics
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Maintain strong employer branding through various recruitment channels
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of successful placements and maintaining high retention rates
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment platforms

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
