The Opportunity:

As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and reap the rewards accordingly. We're seeking someone with a demonstrated history of consistent billing who can hit the ground running and build upon existing relationships while cultivating new ones. You'll have access to our comprehensive support structure, including database and job portal access, to help you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Utilize our database and job portals to find and match candidates with client requirements.

Provide expert guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Adapt to changing priorities and client needs with ease.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of consistent billing as a recruitment consultant.

Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and manage time effectively.

Relationship Builder: Strong talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
