Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Conduct business development calls to win new business opportunities.

Build and grow a client portfolio to understand their current or future recruitment needs.

Attend client meetings to further build relationships and pitch for business across the group.

Provide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates.

Candidate Engagement:

Identify and attract potential candidates.

Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit.

Support both client and candidates through the interview and offer stages.

Provide thorough aftercare service to ensure smooth placements and identify further business opportunities.

Team Building:

Build and grow a team within the sector you are allocated.

Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively.

Market Expertise:

Network extensively to become an expert in your market.

Negotiate charge rates with clients.

Requirements:

Experience:

At least 3 years of demonstrated 360 recruitment experience.

Proven track record of success in recruitment.

Management experience is a plus.

High levels of resilience and self-motivation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
