Job Overview:

Lions Global is conducting a recruitment camp for a prestigious five-star hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking talented and experienced individuals to join various roles within the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals to work in a luxury environment and deliver exceptional service to an elite clientele. The roles available range from managerial to operational positions, each critical to the hotel’s success.

Available Positions:

Responsible for managing a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Restaurant Manager:

Assists in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Assistant Outlet Manager :

Oversees the operation of a specific outlet within the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.

Bar Supervisor (European):

Manages the bar operations, ensuring excellent service and a high-quality beverage offering.

Bartender (European):

Prepares and serves a variety of beverages, providing an exceptional guest experience at the bar.

Restaurant General Manager (French):

Leads the restaurant team, overseeing all operations and ensuring that the restaurant meets its revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Hostesses (Saudi, European, Lebanese):

Welcomes guests to the restaurant, manages reservations, and ensures guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Lobby Lounge Manager  

Oversees the lobby lounge operations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service.

Restaurant Supervisor:

Assists in managing the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Waitresses (European, Lebanese):

Provides attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: SAR 5,000 to 200,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances, depending on the position and experience.
