Job Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is vital in supporting the entire hiring process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to assisting with onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment operations and a proactive mindset that contributes to successful hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements across various online job boards and social media platforms. You will take the lead in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates based on job specifications, and arranging interviews. Ensuring all hiring procedures run smoothly and effectively is a core part of this role.
Interview Coordination: You will serve as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers. From scheduling interviews to following up with feedback, your organizational and communication skills will be essential to maintaining a seamless candidate experience. Attention to detail and time management are critical in ensuring timely follow-ups and interview preparations.
Administrative Duties: This role also involves maintaining updated recruitment records, preparing documentation such as offer letters, and assisting with onboarding procedures. The ideal candidate should be familiar with HR software tools and documentation processes to help streamline administrative tasks effectively.
Collaboration With Hiring Teams: You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Your insights and understanding of market trends will be crucial in sourcing the best candidates, and your coordination will ensure that the recruitment pipeline remains active and efficient.
Preferred Candidate Profile: To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE experience, particularly those familiar with local labor regulations and best recruitment practices in the region.
