About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Admin to join our client, a leading bank in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR administration within the UAE.

Required Experience

3-5 years of UAE recruitment experience

Banking sector experience preferred

Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process:

Source qualified candidates through various channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers

Schedule and organize interviews

Manage candidate pipeline

Lead employee onboarding processes:

Coordinate new hire documentation

Arrange orientation sessions

Ensure smooth integration of new employees

Support training and development initiatives:

Assist in identifying training needs

Coordinate training sessions

Maintain training records

Handle HR administrative tasks:

Process HR documentation

Maintain employee records

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

Generate HR reports as needed

Required Skills

Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience with HRIS systems

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Relevant HR/Recruitment certifications are a plus

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Experience with banking sector recruitment preferred
