Job Description

Hightouch is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its growing Talent Acquisition team as the company continues to scale rapidly. In this role, you will coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple roles and hiring teams simultaneously. You will support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the full hiring process, helping ensure each stage runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will ensuring a consistently positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through offer. You will also assist with broader recruitment operations and contribute to hiring initiatives as the team scales.

The ideal candidate brings strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy or attention to detail. You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administration is considered a plus, though candidates with strong transferable organisational skills are also encouraged to apply.
