About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai Media City. Key Responsibilities:

As the Vietnamese Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Your primary duties will include using platforms like LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, Indeed, and Dubizzle to identify potential candidates. You will assess applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR team to onboard new employees and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE or 5+ years internationally. Proven experience in recruiting for call center agents, sales agents, and bulk hiring is essential. Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms is required. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is a must.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate results.
