Role Overview: TechNest FZ, operating within the Customer Care industry in Dubai Media City, is seeking a passionate and experienced Vietnamese Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. This is an office-based role offering a Monday-Friday schedule.

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing initial candidate screening, conducting thorough interviews, and skillfully negotiating job offers to secure top talent for the organization.

Strategic Candidate Sourcing: You will proactively source potential candidates through a variety of effective channels, including leveraging job portals, utilizing social media platforms, and engaging with professional networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Efficient Resume and Application Screening: You will meticulously screen resumes and job applications to identify candidates who possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience to successfully fulfill the requirements of open positions within the company.

Skill-Based Interviewing and Assessment: You will conduct structured interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to effectively filter candidates, thoroughly assessing their relevant knowledge, technical and soft skills, experience, and overall aptitudes within established timelines.

Collaborative Onboarding of New Hires: You will play a key role in the seamless onboarding process for new employees, collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure a positive and efficient integration into the company culture and their respective roles.
