Kettle is looking for a Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting top talent across Creative, Production, Technology, Strategy, and Operations. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing through offer, working closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs across multiple business functions. You will source and engage qualified candidates, build strong relationships and talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning, and ensure every candidate experiences a smooth, professional, and engaging hiring process from first contact through onboarding.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a creative, agency, or fast-paced business environment. You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the organisational discipline to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing attention to detail. A proactive mindset and comfort working across varied business functions, from creative and production to technology and strategy, will set you apart. Experience supporting hiring needs across more than one discipline is considered a plus.
