Job Overview: Hire Hub HRC is urgently hiring a Recruiter cum Operations Executive to strengthen our HR consultancy services in Abu Dhabi Musaffah. This role demands a professional who can balance recruitment expertise with operational efficiency, ensuring smooth execution of daily business processes and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across multiple sectors. In addition, you will support administrative and operational tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with client expectations.

Recruitment Expertise: You will lead end-to-end hiring processes for a variety of industries including construction, oil & gas, MEP, and facility management. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and maintaining an active talent pipeline for urgent and ongoing hiring needs.

Operations Management: Alongside recruitment, you will oversee operational workflows, assist in manpower deployment, and manage coordination between clients and internal departments. You will ensure efficient documentation, follow-up on deliverables, and contribute to maintaining organizational productivity and quality service standards.

Professional Requirements: The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an HR consultancy firm, with proven expertise in handling recruitment operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for managing candidates and clients professionally. The ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines is essential.
