Duties & Responsibilities:

Note: Candidates currently residing in the UAE will only be considered for this role.

Recruiter to be Arabic speaking for a Semi-Government company.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field.

Five or more years of experience in recruitment.

Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding recruitment processes.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.

Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience in developing recruitment strategy.

Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
