This position is ideal for accomplished recruitment professionals with strong talent acquisition expertise, real estate and property industry knowledge, and the ability to source talent effectively, manage recruitment processes, attract quality candidates, build talent pipelines, place qualified professionals, support team expansion, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic real estate company.
Talent Acquisition Strategy – You will develop talent acquisition strategies by identifying sourcing channels, planning recruitment, building pipelines, and supporting hiring objectives. You will establish effective recruitment approaches. You should develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Planning and Coordination – You will plan recruitment by coordinating processes, organizing activities, managing timelines, and supporting execution. You will ensure smooth recruitment operations. You should manage recruitment coordination.
Job Analysis and Requirements – You will analyze job requirements by understanding positions, identifying qualifications, developing job descriptions, and supporting recruitment planning. You will identify talent requirements. You should understand position needs.
Job Description Development – You will develop job descriptions by creating specifications, documenting requirements, supporting accuracy, and enabling recruitment. You will create clear job descriptions. You should develop effective job postings.
Real Estate Position Recruitment – You will recruit real estate professionals by sourcing agents, identifying candidates, managing processes, and placing talent. You will build real estate talent pipelines. You should recruit real estate personnel.
Real Estate Agent Recruitment – You will recruit real estate agents by sourcing talent, identifying candidates, managing processes, and supporting placements. You will build agent recruitment pipelines. You should specialize in agent recruitment.
Property Management Staff Recruitment – You will recruit property management professionals by sourcing talent, identifying candidates, managing processes, and supporting placements. You will build property management teams. You should recruit operations professionals.
