Job Description
Role Overview – 3X Capital Real Estate is hiring a Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals with strong talent acquisition expertise, real estate and property sector knowledge, and the ability to manage recruitment effectively, source talent, conduct interviews, build candidate relationships, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic real estate organization.
Recruitment Strategy and Planning – You will develop recruitment strategies by analyzing talent needs, setting recruitment objectives, and planning sourcing approaches. You will align recruitment with business needs and support staffing. You should develop recruitment strategy supporting business growth.
Job Posting and Advertising – You will create and post job advertisements by developing descriptions, posting to platforms, and promoting opportunities. You will attract qualified candidates and build candidate pools. You should manage job postings effectively.
Candidate Sourcing and Prospecting – You will source candidates by identifying talent, recruiting from networks, and building candidate pipelines. You will develop qualified candidate pools supporting hiring. You should source talent actively.
Resume Screening and Evaluation – You will screen resumes by reviewing qualifications, evaluating fit, and identifying promising candidates. You will filter candidates based on requirements and select strong prospects. You should evaluate candidates effectively.
Initial Candidate Screening – You will conduct initial screening by assessing candidate interest, verifying qualifications, and qualifying candidates. You will determine candidate suitability for advancement. You should screen efficiently.
Interview Scheduling and Coordination – You will schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates, arranging with managers, and organizing logistics. You will facilitate interview process and ensure smooth coordination. You should manage interview scheduling.
