Candidate Sourcing: The position focuses on sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, shortlisting applicants, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Interview Coordination: The Recruiter coordinates interviews by scheduling meetings, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring smooth interview processes with clear follow-ups and documentation.
Hiring Management: This role involves managing multiple open positions simultaneously, meeting hiring targets, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment delivery.
Professional Communication: The Recruiter maintains professional communication with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing the company brand effectively throughout the hiring process.
