Job Description

End to End Talent Acquisition – This role requires an experienced recruiter who can independently manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and closing roles efficiently. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements, build detailed job briefs, and ensure a streamlined process that supports hiring success across various markets.

Relationship Building Expertise – As part of the talent division, you will develop strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication, consistent updates, and a positive hiring journey. This position demands someone who understands how to nurture professional networks and maintain high engagement levels throughout the recruitment pipeline.

Advanced Market Research – This role involves conducting detailed research into market trends, salary structures, talent availability, and industry demands, helping the company stay competitive and informed. You will contribute valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve the overall efficiency of recruitment operations.

Recruitment Technology & Tools Mastery – You will utilize modern ATS platforms, job boards, sourcing databases, and digital communication tools to enhance recruitment performance. This includes optimizing candidate outreach, managing structured databases, and ensuring all recruitment activities follow best practices and company guidelines.

Flexible Recruitment Operations – Depending on the role chosen—UAE-based full-time, remote commission-based, or global freelance—you may support local, regional, or international hiring needs. This job offers flexibility for professionals who can adapt to different time zones, work environments, and recruitment priorities while maintaining consistent performance standards.

Client Coordination & Project Handling – Your role will include managing client expectations, handling multiple job openings simultaneously, preparing recruitment reports, and contributing to scalable hiring strategies. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential as you collaborate on ongoing projects while meeting deadlines and targets.
