Join a Leading EPC Project Team – We are urgently seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our EPC client based in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will work closely with project management and HR departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Core Purpose of the Role – The Recruiter will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains the best talent across white-collar and blue-collar categories. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding for both project-based and permanent positions.

Expertise in Project Recruitment – The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing bulk recruitment drives for construction and EPC project sites. From engineers and technicians to administrative and site-level staff, you will oversee recruitment for a wide range of roles. Your ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Candidates with strong exposure to the infrastructure or oil & gas industry will be given preference.

Operational Responsibilities – You will handle candidate sourcing through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks. In addition, you’ll manage the initial screening, organize technical interviews, and liaise with department heads for shortlisting. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and adherence to recruitment KPIs while ensuring compliance with internal hiring policies. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and prepare weekly progress reports for management.

Skills and Competencies – To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization. You should demonstrate strategic thinking in manpower planning and a problem-solving approach to recruitment challenges. Candidates with prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects are highly desirable. Immediate availability will be an added advantage, as the client requires someone who can join and start contributing quickly.
