Role Overview: As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the right candidates are identified, engaged, and hired to meet client requirements. This position requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing top talent while building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities: The role involves handling the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, conducting interviews, and managing offers and onboarding. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies that deliver high-quality results.
Client Engagement: A major aspect of this role includes maintaining strong client relationships. You will be expected to manage client accounts, provide regular updates on hiring progress, and act as a consultant by advising on market trends, talent availability, and effective hiring practices. This requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidate Management: Beyond sourcing, you will ensure that candidates have a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey. This includes timely communication, guidance on interview preparation, and feedback sharing. Building long-term candidate relationships will also be a part of the role to create a sustainable talent pipeline.
