Job Description

Job Overview: Genpact is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter (Contractual) to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This hybrid role is based in Gurgaon or Bangalore and aligned to UK shift timings. As a recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment operations and collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent that meets our organizational goals.

Sourcing & Screening: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and assessing candidates against job requirements will be your core duties in the early stages of hiring.

Stakeholder Collaboration: The role requires effective communication with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and update them on hiring progress. You must be able to align hiring strategies with business needs while managing expectations and providing data-driven updates.

Interview Coordination: As a recruiter, you will manage the entire interview scheduling lifecycle, including coordinating with panel members, arranging time slots, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Following up with candidates and keeping them informed at every step will be crucial for maintaining a professional brand image.

Offer & Onboarding Support: You’ll support pre-offer discussions and help extend formal offers to selected candidates. While onboarding may not be your primary responsibility, assisting HR operations in documentation collection and coordination will be expected during peak seasons or as needed.

Reporting & Compliance: Maintaining accurate hiring data, tracking metrics such as TAT (turnaround time), sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline status will be required. Ensuring compliance with company and legal hiring practices is a non-negotiable part of the job.
