About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will be a key player in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. From identifying candidate sources to ensuring successful onboarding, your role will be instrumental in building a strong and reliable workforce for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with strategic business goals.
Key Recruitment Responsibilities
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various methods including job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and managing the entire selection process will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Timely and efficient hiring will be a core focus of this role.
Focus on Diverse Talent Acquisition
This role requires experience in recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. Whether hiring skilled technicians or administrative professionals, you should be capable of identifying diverse talent pools and creating tailored sourcing strategies to meet the client's workforce needs.
Support for HR Functions
In addition to recruitment, you will support general HR functions as needed. This may include assisting with onboarding, employee documentation, and contributing to HR projects. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are key to succeeding in this position, especially in a consulting environment.
Required Experience and Skills
To be considered, candidates must have at least 2 years of UAE-based recruitment experience, with a proven track record in both white- and blue-collar hiring. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) are essential. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
