About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Recruiter to join our dynamic Master Agency Team. This role is critical to our continued growth and success, offering an exciting opportunity for a professional who excels in talent acquisition and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies

Identify and attract top talent across various departments and levels

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements

Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates

Create and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Represent the company's brand and culture throughout the recruitment process

Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
