Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate candidate-manager interview scheduling

Conduct face-to-face interviews

Create compelling job postings

Collaborate with hiring managers

Manage job offer negotiations

Promote employer branding

Requirements:

Strong recruitment and interviewing skills

Excellent communication abilities

Proficiency in candidate assessment

Understanding of real estate recruitment landscape
