About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our real estate organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for real estate professionals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

Create compelling job descriptions for various real estate positions

Build and maintain talent pipeline for key roles

Conduct market research on compensation and benefits

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards

Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment policies

Handle employment visa processes in coordination with PRO team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as a recruiter in the real estate sector

Strong understanding of UAE real estate industry dynamics

Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations

Experience with HRIS systems

Strong negotiation skills

Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Project management abilities

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Networking capabilities
