Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction industry recruitment, particularly in the infrastructure and utilities sector. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on technical and professional positions within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment process for construction industry positions

Source and screen candidates for various technical and professional roles

Develop and maintain a talent pipeline specifically for construction projects

Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments of candidates

Manage relationships with hiring managers and department heads

Coordinate with project teams to understand staffing requirements

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports

Stay updated with UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Attend industry events and job fairs to build candidate networks

Manage recruitment database and applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of recruitment experience specifically in the UAE

Proven track record in construction industry recruitment

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment processes

Excellent communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recruiting for wet utilities projects (water, sewerage pipeline)

Arabic language proficiency

Knowledge of construction terminology and technical roles

Experience with construction-specific job boards and recruiting platforms

Understanding of construction project lifecycles

Skills & Competencies

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
