Key Responsibilities:

As the Recreation Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests using our recreational facilities. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing information about recreational activities and services. You will also handle inquiries, process payments, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area and assist in promoting recreational programs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recreation Receptionist in international chain hotels. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office is required. A friendly and professional demeanor is a must.
