Job Description / Role:
Barratt Galvin is offering an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Client Services Assistant to join the Riyadh office of a prestigious global law firm. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or further their career in professional services. The selected candidate will manage front-of-house operations and be responsible for a wide range of tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Professionally engage with clients and staff as they arrive and depart.
Communication Management: Attend to incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Meeting Coordination: Operate the in-house room booking system to arrange and coordinate meetings.
Office Maintenance: Ensure rooms are prepared and tidied in a timely manner.
Event Organization: Arrange client meetings, luncheons, seminars, training courses, and other events.
Support Collaboration: Work with the business support team to organize IT facilities, video communications, and catering.
Travel Arrangements: Organize travel requirements for staff and stakeholders, including hotel bookings, flights, transport, and meals.
Administrative Duties: Maintain office registries, attendance reports, and manage general office administration tasks such as print room duties, post and courier services, petty cash reconciliation, and office stock orders.
Work Hours:
This full-time role follows regular hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional early or late hours as needed. Overtime will be paid for additional hours worked.

Requirements:
Nationality: Saudi Nationals only, due to government mandates.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a client-facing role within professional services, hospitality, or hotel services.
Skills: Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and client care with clear communication at all levels.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking systems.
Team Player: Willingness to assist with events, overflow admin, and ad hoc projects beyond reception duties.
Salary:
SAR 16,000 to 18,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
