Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description

About Role:

BOLI is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office and will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient front desk operations while providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties

Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Direct visitors to appropriate departments or staff members

Handle incoming calls and route them accordingly

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Administrative Support

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Manage office calendar and room bookings

Handle basic office supplies inventory and ordering

Assist with document preparation and filing

Provide general administrative support to various departments

Process incoming emails and correspondence

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Office Management

Coordinate office maintenance and cleaning services

Assist in organizing office events and meetings

Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed

Support basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate with IT support

Ensure office security protocols are followed

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous reception or administrative experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of standard office equipment (printers, phone systems, etc.)
