Job Description

Reliance Global invites organized professionals to join our Business Bay headquarters as a Receptionist with operational support responsibilities. This multifaceted role serves as the central hub for our 24/7 business operations in Dubai's dynamic commercial district.

24/7 Helpdesk Management

You will be the first responder for all building inquiries and emergencies, providing round-the-clock support through our helpdesk system. Your calm demeanor will be essential when handling after-hours calls and coordinating urgent requests.

Facility Coordination

The position requires seamless coordination with security teams, community managers, and vendors to maintain smooth building operations. Your problem-solving skills will resolve RTM/RFM inquiries efficiently while maintaining detailed service records.

Administrative Excellence

You'll manage critical AMC follow-ups and maintenance schedules, ensuring all contracts and service agreements are current. Your meticulous tracking system will prevent lapses in essential building services.

Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison

Acting as the primary point of contact for service providers, you'll schedule repairs, monitor performance, and process invoices. Your professional communication will maintain positive relationships with all building partners.

Operations Support

Beyond reception duties, you'll assist the operations team with reporting, documentation, and special projects. Your adaptability will shine as you balance routine tasks with unexpected operational demands.
