About the Role:

Prime Group is seeking a dynamic professional to fill our dual-role position combining front office management with HR support. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to develop diverse administrative skills in a corporate environment.

Front Office Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, managing visitor interactions, call routing, and appointment scheduling. Your polished communication skills will create positive first impressions for clients and business partners.

HR Support Functions:

You will assist the HR department with onboarding coordination, employee record maintenance, and basic payroll processing. Your organizational skills will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 1+ year of combined reception and HR experience. Your background should demonstrate proficiency in multitasking across administrative functions in a professional setting.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with HRIS systems are essential. Your ability to navigate multiple software platforms while maintaining attention to detail will be critical for success.
