Job Description

Front Desk Operations: The Receptionist/Document Controller will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Call Handling and Communication: Managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing information to visitors and staff will be a key responsibility.

Document Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately entering data and maintaining records, ensuring information is up-to-date and organized.

Mail and Correspondence Handling: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling correspondence as needed.

Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the Joinery Division, including scheduling appointments and assisting with tasks.
