Job Description

Role Overview – Tabani Real Estate LLC is hiring a Receptionist Cum Sales Admin for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished administrative professionals with strong reception and sales administration expertise, real estate industry knowledge, and the ability to manage reception functions effectively, coordinate sales activities, support clients, maintain records, assist sales team, ensure organization, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic real estate organization.

Reception Operations – You will manage reception operations by coordinating processes, organizing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth reception operations and support organizational objectives. You should manage reception duties professionally and effectively.

Front Desk Support and Management – You will manage front desk by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, directing communication, maintaining organization, and supporting professionalism. You will represent company professionally and maintain professional standards. You should provide professional front office support.

Visitor Management – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to personnel, maintaining logs, supporting protocols, and providing assistance. You will maintain professional visitor experience and coordinate access. You should manage visitor interactions professionally.

Reception Desk Coordination – You will coordinate reception by organizing activities, maintaining schedules, supporting communication, and ensuring smooth operations. You will facilitate reception operations effectively. You should coordinate reception activities.

Phone Management and Communication – You will manage telephone communications by answering calls professionally, routing appropriately, taking messages, supporting communication flow, and maintaining records. You will maintain professional phone standards and communication. You should answer phones professionally.

Incoming Call Management – You will manage incoming calls by answering promptly, identifying callers, routing correctly, and supporting satisfaction. You will facilitate professional call handling. You should handle incoming calls.
