Role Overview: Fortune Emirates is looking to hire a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support front desk and administrative operations in our Sharjah office. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual looking to grow in a professional setting.
Front Desk Management: As the face of the company, you'll be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the reception area in a professional and welcoming manner.
Administrative Support: The role also includes general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with office supplies and records.
Communication & Coordination: You’ll be expected to maintain clear and effective communication across departments and with external parties. Strong interpersonal skills are key for success in this role.
Organizational Skills: The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and time management are essential.
Experience & Nationality: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We encourage candidates of all nationalities to apply, provided they demonstrate strong communication and admin capabilities.
