Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

Role Overview: Fortune Emirates is seeking a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support front desk operations and administrative functions at our Sharjah office. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual who can represent our company with a warm and welcoming presence.

Front Desk Management: You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and managing reception duties. Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the reception area will be part of your responsibilities.

Administrative Support: In addition to reception duties, you will assist in administrative tasks such as filing, document management, office supplies coordination, and scheduling. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Communication & Coordination: Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. You will liaise with internal departments, manage meeting room bookings, and support team communications efficiently and professionally.

Office Organization: You will help ensure that the office runs smoothly by supporting various departments with clerical needs, tracking inventory, and assisting in minor operational tasks as required.

Tech & Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. You should be able to draft emails, maintain logs, and handle basic documentation confidently and quickly.

Candidate Profile: While prior experience is a plus, we are open to candidates with strong communication and administrative abilities, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. The role is ideal for someone dependable and team-oriented.
