Job Overview: Fragorium is currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist cum Admin to join our team in Dubai. The role is designed for an organized individual who can balance front-office duties with administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Roles & Responsibilities: The Receptionist cum Admin will be responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and handling correspondence. On the administrative side, responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies, supporting HR and management tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
