Receptionist cum Admin

Job Description

Job Overview: We are currently looking for a confident and friendly Receptionist cum Admin to be the first point of contact for our office in Dubai. This role is crucial in setting the tone for a welcoming and organized environment while also supporting the admin department with day-to-day operations. You will be the face and voice of our business, ensuring each visitor, call, and query is handled professionally and promptly.

Front Desk Responsibilities: As the receptionist, your primary responsibility is to greet visitors warmly and manage a high-traffic reception area with confidence and poise. You will ensure all guests feel comfortable and are directed efficiently to the appropriate departments. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times is essential as you are the first impression of our organization.

Communication Handling: You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails, transferring inquiries to the correct departments, and responding to routine questions professionally. In addition, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage deliveries, ensuring all communication channels flow smoothly and nothing is missed.

Administrative Support: You will provide a range of administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are readily available. Your role will also include organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems, helping streamline internal processes.

Office Management Duties: Maintaining a well-organized, clean, and efficient office environment is a key responsibility in this role. From ordering office supplies to supporting logistics for meetings and internal events, your proactive approach to daily operations will help keep our workplace running like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and be highly organized with great attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a positive, can-do attitude are essential to your success in this role.
