Job Overview:

Brilliant Capital Markets is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and supporting administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and courteous reception services

Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

Manage office supplies inventory and conduct procurement

Maintain organized and accurate filing systems

Perform data entry and administrative documentation

Assist with basic human resources and operational tasks

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Support various departments with administrative support

Maintain a clean and professional reception area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic computer skills

Good typing speed and accuracy

Familiarity with office communication tools

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Additional administrative or secretarial certification is a plus

Work Environment:

Modern office located in Business Bay, Dubai
