Job Description
Role Overview – HealthPlus is hiring a Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong customer service expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent reception support effectively, manage patient interactions, coordinate activities, maintain professionalism, and contribute to positive patient experience within a dynamic healthcare organization.
Front Reception and Greeting – You will manage reception by greeting visitors professionally, welcoming patients, and creating positive first impressions. You will represent organization professionally and warmly. You should provide excellent front desk service.
Patient Check-In and Registration – You will process patient check-in by registering patients, organizing information, maintaining records, and supporting administrative flow. You will ensure accurate patient registration and smooth intake. You should manage patient check-in efficiently.
Visitor Management – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to appropriate departments, maintaining logs, and supporting professional protocols. You will maintain professional visitor experience and organization. You should manage visitor relations professionally.
Appointment Scheduling – You will schedule appointments by coordinating with patients, managing schedules, confirming bookings, and supporting timely service. You will maintain appointment accuracy and organization. You should manage scheduling effectively.
Appointment Reminder Coordination – You will coordinate appointment reminders by contacting patients, confirming attendance, and supporting appointment adherence. You will help reduce no-shows and maintain schedule efficiency. You should manage reminder processes.
Phone Management and Communication – You will manage telephone communications by answering calls professionally, routing appropriately, taking messages, and supporting communication flow. You will maintain professional phone standards and clear communication. You should manage phones professionally.
