Blue Ocean Health Group is looking for a compassionate and professional Patient Experience Specialist and Receptionist to join their team at Fakih IVF in Abu Dhabi. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated and empathetic healthcare front desk professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and ready to be the first point of contact for patients at one of the region's leading fertility centers.
In this role you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, managing patient registration, appointments, and front desk operations, and handling patient inquiries in both Arabic and English across all channels including in person, phone, and email. You will schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments, maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the system, coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient communication, and provide empathetic and confidential support to patients throughout their experience at the center.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and be a fluent Arabic and English speaker, with Arabic being a mandatory requirement for this role. Previous experience in a patient experience, front desk, customer service, or healthcare setting is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy, proficiency in basic computer systems, and a willingness to work in a fast paced healthcare environment are essential qualities we are looking for.
